Every journey is shaped around a small group, so we like to know who is coming before we confirm a place. Fill in the form below and tell us which journey you have in mind, your dates and anything we should know.

We review your request. We check availability and reply with all the information about the journey, together with a payment slip for a 30% deposit.

You pay the deposit. Within 7 days of receiving the slip. If your journey starts in less than 30 days, the deposit is due straight away.

Your place is confirmed. Your booking is final once the deposit has been received. From then on, we take care of the rest.

Sending this form is a request, not a payment: nothing is charged until you receive the deposit slip. Full conditions are in our General Terms and Conditions.
